If you won't be able to access the Internet during your travel, write down the following number:
ULAN means rain or raining in Tagalog.
If you do not have access to a phone, just cross out "line" "at" and "433-" from the "Hotline at 433-ULAN"-bit, and you will have a 99% accurate forecast.
